1. How Do I Contact You? 
You can contact us anytime through the contact form located on our contact page. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-9pm EST and we generally respond to all inquires within 24 hours.

 

2. What Payment Methods are Accepted? 

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We also accept PayPal. All amounts are in US Dollars.

 

3. How Do I Track My Order? 

After placing your order an email is sent to you containing a copy of your order and order number. When your order ships, you will also receive an email from TheGazeboStore.com with your tracking numbers. You can check your delivery schedule on our website under "Order Status" and enter your order number, name or email address to track your order or just follow the link on the email we will send you with the tracking number for your order.

 

4. What Is The Shipping Cost? 

Shipping Within the United States is Free. In order to insure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, UPS or USPS shipping services. All Orders are shipped witthin 24 hours, after which itsdelivery can be tracked through the FedEx, UPS or USPS websites. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will be made only by USPS and It is Free.

 

5. Can I Ship To A Different Location? 

No problem! On our checkout page, you simply select the "Ship to a different address" button and enter where you want us to deliver your order.

7. What is a Double Roof Design?

Some Gazebos have what we call a Double Roof Design. What this means is that the second, upper roof is elevated and leaves a gab between it and the lower, larger roof. This helps promote airflow in the gazebo. Don't worry about flies coming in through that gap, it is surrounded by a protective net.

 

8. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the USA.
